After completing the reception check-in, guests filled out a small card with their name, hobbies, and other basic information.

The completed card was then placed into the name plate provided at the reception and worn throughout the event.

Because many participants joined the party, the name plates made it easier for everyone to recognize each other and start conversations. It created a friendly environment where guests could mingle comfortably and naturally!

 

 

Guests who arrived early enjoyed free time before the official toast.
They were welcome to start talking and mingling with others even before the toast began♪

It created a relaxed atmosphere where early participants could warm up and start conversations naturally!

 

 

Once all participants had gathered, we made a toast and official announcements!

The event outline for today’s party was announced in both Vietnamese and Japanese.
Since we had both Vietnamese and Japanese guests this time, we provided guidance in these two languages.

※If participants from other countries join in future events, we will also include English announcements, so please feel comfortable joining us anytime.

 

 

After everyone joined in the toast, we immediately started our team competition games!

This time, we held a fun ring toss challenge ★
Participants were divided into teams and the excitement quickly filled the venue as everyone cheered and competed in a lively atmosphere!

 

 

The team that won first place received a special prize!

Everyone worked together with great team spirit, aiming to win the prize and cheering each other on. The friendly competition brought even more excitement to the event!＾＾

 

 

The team that managed to toss the most rings onto the poles within 3 minutes became the champion!

It was heartwarming to see that when the women missed their throws, the men kindly picked up the rings for them. Such sweet teamwork and supportive gestures created a friendly and charming atmosphere throughout the game♡

 

 

It was amazing to see such strong teamwork that you wouldn’t believe everyone had just met today!

The winning team celebrated with huge excitement ★
Laughter, cheers, and high-fives filled the room, creating an unforgettable moment for everyone.

 

 

The atmosphere in the venue warmed up beautifully after the game—everyone was energized and smiling!

After the excitement of the competition, the buffet was opened ★
Guests enjoyed delicious dishes while continuing their conversations in an even more relaxed and friendly mood.

To give everyone a chance to meet more people, we made announcements for several shuffle sessions throughout the event.

During shuffle time, a bell is rung ♪
When you hear the bell, it’s time to move and mingle with different guests! Let’s connect with as many people as possible ★

 

Before each shuffle session, guests had the opportunity to exchange contact information!

This allowed everyone to stay connected with new friends they met during the party. It was a perfect way to make meaningful connections before moving on to mingle with others ★

 

 

Towards the end of the party, we held a BINGO tournament with luxurious prizes!

Guests were asked to form male-female pairs or small groups, and the BINGO game began for each group ⭐︎
The excitement grew as everyone eagerly checked their cards, cheering and celebrating together throughout the game!

 

 

 

The excitement continued as the game heated up!

When a player was just one number away from BINGO, they shouted loudly,
“Reach! Reach!” ♪
Everyone cheered and held their breath, adding even more energy and suspense to the game!

 

 

The luckiest pair or team to get BINGO first received a luxurious prize!

The prizes were designed to be enjoyed as a pair or group, so everyone was encouraged to make the most of them with their teammates＾＾
Cheers and excitement filled the room as the winners celebrated their victory!

 

 

Even the pairs or teams who didn’t get BINGO were celebrated with warm applause!

The room was filled with a wonderful, supportive atmosphere ♪
Everyone cheered for each other, making the event feel friendly, joyful, and truly memorable.

 

 

Even after the BINGO game, guests enjoyed toasting with different people!

By this point, solo attendees had naturally become friends, chatting and laughing together.
Some guests formed groups with other men or other women, making connections and enjoying lively conversations. The friendly atmosphere made the evening truly enjoyable for everyone!

 

 

At the end of the party, everyone enjoyed special desserts together!

Today’s dessert was a delicious Mille-feuille ★
Guests savored the sweet treat while chatting and laughing, creating a perfect finale to a fun and lively evening.

 

 

After the party, some guests went on to a second party (after-party) in pairs, while others went as groups!
