This event is designed to help you meet – talk – and connect with many people in a short time.
The program consists of 4 main parts:

① Group Talk

You will be arranged into small groups (2 OR 4 people depending on the event)
Men will rotate between tables
Women will remain seated

👉 Rotation flow:
Table 1 → Table 2
Table 2 → Table 3
If it’s the last table (e.g., Table 10) → return to Table 1
⏱ Duration per round: … minutes (arranged by the organizer)
=> This allows you to meet and talk with many participants

Free conversation time with people you are interested in
You can also change partners to meet more people

④ Matching Card
At the end of the event, you will fill in a Matching Card (select the person you are interested in)

=> The organizer will only announce the number of matched couples (no personal information disclosed to ensure privacy)

【CANCELLATION / CHANGES】

Free cancellation or changes until 6:00 PM, 3 days before the event.
After that, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

※ Please note that VAT issuance fees and payment processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Bank transfer / E-wallet / Domestic debit card: 3–5 business days
Credit card / International card issued domestically: 30–45 business days
International card issued overseas: Subject to the issuing bank’s processing time

Refund processing time excludes weekends and public holidays.
Actual processing time may vary depending on each bank’s procedures.

・To ensure smooth event operation, the maximum difference between the number of men and women is 5.
Depending on registration status, participation may be declined.
