◉ Registration opens: From 18:30
◉ Age range:
Men: 25–39
Women: 20–35

◉ Requirement: Must be single
◉ Nationality: Mainly Vietnamese (We welcome participants of all nationalities.)
◉ Languages: Mainly Vietnamese or English

※ Vietnamese participants usually communicate in Vietnamese, but since many Japanese and international guests join, simple English is commonly used when communicating across different nationalities.

◉ Participation fee: 650,000 VND

【FOOD & DRINK】

2-drink minimum per guest, with complimentary snacks (Please have dinner before attending the event.)
Additional drinks can be ordered on a cash-on basis from the 3rd drink.

🌟 Event Highlights

This event is designed to help you meet – talk – and connect with many people in a short time.
The program consists of 2 main parts:

① One-on-one conversations between one man and one woman in a relaxed atmosphere

Men will rotate between tables
Women will remain seated

👉 Rotation flow:
Table 1 → Table 2
Table 2 → Table 3
If it’s the last table (e.g., Table 10) → return to Table 1
⏱ Duration per round: … minutes (arranged by the organizer)
=> This allows you to meet and talk with many participants

② Matching Card
At the end of the event, you will fill in a Matching Card (select the person you are interested in)
💕 If both choose each other, it’s a successful match
=> The organizer will only announce the number of matched couples (no personal information disclosed to ensure privacy)

Please fill in all information and include a short message
→ This helps the person you selected understand you and contact you later

1. Please arrive on time to fully enjoy the networking experience
2. This is a social networking event (Male–Female), not for business or sales purposes
3. Please bring your ID / Passport for age verification.
4. Dress Code: Please dress in an elegant and refined manner appropriate for the event setting. Neutral and sophisticated colors such as black, white, beige, gray, brown, and navy are highly recommended.

5. The organizer may take photos and videos during the event for promotional and marketing purposes.
However, participants' faces will be blurred or appropriately processed to protect their privacy.

【CANCELLATION / CHANGES】

Free cancellation or changes until 6:00 PM, 3 days before the event.
After that, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

※ Please note that VAT issuance fees and payment processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

[REFUND POLICY (VNPAY)]

Bank transfer / E-wallet / Domestic debit card: 3–5 business days
Credit card / International card issued domestically: 30–45 business days
International card issued overseas: Subject to the issuing bank’s processing time

Note:
Refund processing time excludes weekends and public holidays.
Actual processing time may vary depending on each bank’s procedures.

【OTHER NOTES】

・To ensure smooth event operation, the maximum difference between the number of men and women is 5.
Depending on registration status, participation may be declined.

・If you expect to arrive late, please contact us in advance.
Arriving after the start time without prior notice may result in denial of participation. Thank you for your understanding.
