- Men: 20–39 years old
- Women: 20–39 years old
Eligibility
- Singles only
Nationality
Primarily for Vietnamese participants, but international participants (including Japanese and other nationalities) are welcome.
Language
Vietnamese or English
Most Vietnamese participants communicate in Vietnamese. Since people from different countries will also join, simple English is commonly used when communicating with international participants.
Participation Fee
350,000 VND
Drinks
Each participant will receive:
- 1 bottle of water (500ml)
Additional drinks may be purchased separately.

Group Assignment & Self-Introduction
9:45 AM – 10:00 AM
Groups will be assigned during registration.
First Session
10:00 AM – 10:50 AM
Play pickleball in mixed groups.
Group Change & Self-Introduction
10:50 AM – 11:00 AM
Switch groups and meet new people.
Second Session
11:00 AM – 11:50 AM
Play pickleball with your new group.
Event Ends & Group Photo
11:50 AM – 12:00 PM
After the event, everyone is welcome to join an optional lunch gathering.
It's a great opportunity to continue chatting with people you'd like to get to know better.
⚠️ Important Notes
- Please arrive on time.
- This event is intended for meeting new people. Business promotion, sales activities, or recruiting are not permitted.
- Please bring a valid ID or passport for age verification.
- Leaving the event early is not permitted unless there is an unavoidable reason.
- Photos and videos may be taken for promotional purposes. Participants' privacy will be protected, and faces may be blurred or covered before publication.
- First aid will be provided if necessary, but the organizer is not responsible for injuries, illness, accidents, lost or stolen belongings, or disputes between participants. Please participate at your own risk. Insurance is not provided.

Advance payment via VNPAY is required.

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation until 6:00 PM, 3 days before the event.
After that:
100% cancellation fee
Refunds will be processed after deducting VAT issuance fees and payment processing fees.

3–5 business days - Domestic Credit Card / International Card:
30–45 business days - Overseas-issued International Cards:
