Event Details
・Eligibility: Singles. Mainly Vietnamese participants; all nationalities are welcome.
・Language: Vietnamese / English. About 20–30% of male participants are foreigners, so English is an advantage.
・Drinks: 2 drinks plus light snacks are included. From the 3rd drink on, you can order and pay at the bar. Please have dinner before attending.
・Payment: Prepaid via VNPAY. If you haven’t received a confirmation email within 3 days, please contact Vietnam@statusparty.jp
【EVENT FLOW】
⚫︎Check-in
Early arrivals can start mingling right away. Most guests come alone, so there’s no need to worry about attending by yourself!
① 1-on-1 conversations: Women stay seated while men move to the next table each round (from the last table, back to Table 1). Each round lasts … minutes.
② Matching Card: At the end, you choose the people who left an impression on you. If two people choose each other, it’s a match 💕. The organizers only announce the total number of matches; identities are never disclosed.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES
- Please arrive on time. If you may be late, let us know in advance. Late arrivals without prior notice may be refused entry.
- Bring your National ID (CCCD) or Passport so the organizers can verify your age.
- Dress code: smart and elegant, preferably in neutral tones (black, white, beige, grey, brown, navy). No flip-flops, no shorts.
- This is a men–women matchmaking event, not for business or sales purposes.
- Participants confirm that they currently have no legal spouse, are not living with anyone as a married couple, and are not in an exclusive romantic relationship.
- Please be polite and respectful to others. Inappropriate behavior may result in being asked to leave without a refund.
- The organizers will take photos and videos for promotional purposes. Participants’ faces will be blurred or otherwise processed.
- The gender gap is capped at 5 people, so the organizers may decline some registrations depending on the balance.

【CANCELLATION / CHANGES】
Free cancellation or changes until 6:00 PM, 3 days before the event.
After that, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
※ Please note that VAT issuance fees and payment processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Bank transfer / E-wallet / Domestic debit card: 3–5 business days
Credit card / International card issued domestically: 30–45 business days
International card issued overseas: Subject to the issuing bank’s processing time
Note:
Refund processing time excludes weekends and public holidays.
Actual processing time may vary depending on each bank’s procedures.

・To ensure smooth event operation, the maximum difference between the number of men and women is 5.
Depending on registration status, participation may be declined.
