✦ EVENT INFORMATION

・Eligibility: Singles (self-declared), within the specified age range.
・Nationality: Mainly Vietnamese; all nationalities are welcome. About 20–30% of male guests are foreigners, so English is an advantage.
・Language: Vietnamese / English.
・Food & Drinks: 3 free drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) plus light snacks. From the 4th drink on, you can order and pay at the bar. Please have dinner before attending.
・Payment: Prepaid via VNPAY. If you haven’t received a confirmation email within 3 days, please contact Vietnam@statusparty.jp

EVENT SCHEDULE
⚫︎ Check-in: Grab a drink and start getting to know the people around you.

① Group mingling: Guests are split into small groups. Women stay in place while men rotate between groups. You don’t need to find someone to talk to on your own, so first-timers and solo guests can join in easily.
② Free mingling: Find the people who left an impression on you, keep the conversation going and exchange contacts. Nothing is arranged for you here.
③ Social games: Fun activities to break the ice, with a chance to win prizes.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1. Please arrive on time. If you may be late, let us know in advance. Late arrivals without notice may be refused entry.
2. Bring your National ID (CCCD) or Passport for age verification.
3. Dress code: smart and elegant, neutral tones preferred (black, white, beige, grey, brown, navy).
4. Not for business or sales purposes.
5. Only for those who currently have no spouse, are not living with a partner, and are not in a relationship.
6. Please be polite. Inappropriate behavior may result in being asked to leave without a refund.
7. Photos and videos will be taken for promotional purposes, and participants’ faces will be blurred.
8. The gender gap is capped at 5 people, so some registrations may be declined.

【CANCELLATION / CHANGES】

Free cancellation or changes until 18:00, 3 days before the event date.
After that, the cancellation fee is 100% of the ticket price.

※ Please note that VAT invoice fees and payment processing fees will be deducted from any refund.

[REFUND TERMS (VNPAY)]

Bank transfer / e-wallet / domestic debit card: 3–5 business days
Credit card / international card issued in Vietnam: 30–45 business days
International card issued overseas: depends on the issuing bank’s processing time

Note:
Refund periods exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Actual timing may vary depending on each bank’s processing.

【OTHER NOTES】

・To ensure smooth event operation, the maximum difference between the number of men and women is 5.
Depending on registration status, participation may be declined.

・If you expect to arrive late, please contact us in advance.
