【Event Details】

• Date: Sunday, December 7th, 16:00–18:00

• Reception Time: From 15:45

• Age Range: Men 25–42, Women 24–39

• Eligibility: Must be single

• Nationality: Mainly Vietnamese (also open to foreigners, e.g., Japanese)

• Participation Fee:

  • Vietnamese: Female 100,000 VND / Male 200,000 VND

  • Foreigners: Female 200,000 VND / Male 300,000 VND
    ※ Racket rental: 500 JPY each

【Schedule】

• 15:45–16:00 – Reception
  ※ The event starts at 16:00, so please arrive early to change clothes if needed.
  ※ This event mainly welcomes solo participants, so it’s perfectly fine to join alone.

• 16:00–18:00 – Pickleball starts!
  This is a beginner-friendly Pickleball social event.
  We will explain the rules from the basics to ensure everyone can join easily.
  Enjoy Pickleball while socializing with other participants!

• 18:00 – Event ends
  Thank you for joining!
  If you haven’t had enough time to chat, feel free to continue socializing over a meal with other participants.

【Dress Code】

Please wear comfortable clothes suitable for physical activity.

【Payment】

After booking, the organizers will provide individual instructions for payment.
※ If you do not receive a response within three days, please contact us.

【Cancellation/Changes】

Cancellations or changes are valid until 7 days before the event date.
After this:

• 3 days before: 50% cancellation fee

• On the day: 100% cancellation fee

【Other Notes】

• To ensure smooth event progress, the difference in the number of male and female participants is limited to 4. Depending on registration status, some applications may be declined.

• If you expect to arrive late, please notify us in advance. Participants arriving after the start time without notice may not be able to join.
